The staff were knowledgeable and respectful, were waiting for us in the nice foyer. The in-house restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu.

As we remember, there was no breakfast.

The hotel was top-notch with absolutely stunning views and an easy location close to everything. Venue's lobby was great with professionalpersonnel. The service was excellant and the pool was lovely.

Trendy hotel, attractive rooms, accommodating staff. I loved staying at this location - central position right by restaurants and entertainment, the VCU campus and the ghetto.

Small hotel, very handy staff, excellent wi-fi. Nice assortment of milk, cereal and toast for breakfast. Room was lovely and with comfortable beds. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, but it was clean.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this not bad hotel. Perfectly clean venue with a prime location and gracious staff. Everything was outstanding and within 18 minutes' drive of Richmond International airport. The friendly service and the attention to detail were stand outs!
